A native of New Orleans with two first names (and he answers to both), Timothy David earned a law degree from Loyola University, College of Law and was always drawn to the study of Louisiana’s property laws. As a lawyer, he helped clients resolve complex property and contractual matters, and used his skills in zoning and municipal regulations to aid clients in navigating the various processes for properties within historic or special zoning districts. As a realtor, Timothy David is prepared to offer clients extra care in helping them with their real estate needs. He is a musician and avid traveler.
